• 4 tablespoons P.S. Cookie Dough
• 1 small scoop ice cream (we like Halo Top, Talenti)
Shape two 2-tablespoon balls of cookie dough into cookie shaped flat discs and place on a piece of parchment or wax paper. Freeze the dough for 1-2 hours until hard. Top one cookie dough disc (flipped upside down) with ice cream and sandwich with the other. Freeze for an additional 10-15 minutes. Makes 1 sandwich.
