QUINOA BREAKFAST BOWL

INGREDIENTS

• 2 tablespoons P.S. Snacks Cookie Dough 

• 1/4 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed

• 1/2 cup milk of choice + extra to pour over

• 1/2 banana, sliced

• berries

• additional toppings: nuts, seeds, honey/agave


DIRECTIONS

Add quinoa and 1/2 cup milk to a saucepan and heat on high to bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 18-20 minutes until the liquid is absorbed. Remove from the heat and serve in a bowl topped with cookie dough, fruit and toppings of choice. Pour over additional milk and enjoy warm. Makes 1 bowl.
