Shipping Terms

For Orders Placed Online

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order and will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once the order has shipped. 

 

Orders are typically processed in 2-5 business days. Once shipped, online orders are shipped via FedEx or Ontrac. Any orders containing cookie dough are perishable and will ship via overnight delivery with ice packs. All other orders will ship via FedEx Ground. Please ship to a mailing address where an individual can receive the package upon arrival. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Orders containing cookie dough will arrive chilled or frozen and should be placed in the refrigerator or freezer immediately. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship the following week. Please keep in mind National Holidays will often change transit times.

 

You can refrigerate cookie dough for up to 6 weeks. You can freeze your cookie dough for up to 12 months (1 year).

 

Bites and instant pudding do not require refrigeration and can be stored at ambient temperatures. Enjoy by the expiration date listed on the package. Bites are coated in chocolate, so avoid extreme heat -- we recommend storing in a cool, dry place.

 

We have no control over delays caused by carriers, information errors, changes to orders or weather, so please be patient if an issue arises. If the delay becomes problematic, please reach out to us at community@ps-snacks.com.

 

All online orders are final and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. A 100% refund will be applied to your original payment method if the product arrives with physical or temperature damage (broken plastic, swelled tops, warm ice packs, melted chocolate, etc.). Please submit refund requests with photos to community@ps-snacks.com and we will apply the credit ASAP.

How are the products shipped?


*PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL BUSINESS DAYS FOR SHIPPING, AS THERE ARE PANDEMIC-RELATED SUPPLY CHAIN DELAYS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE & UNDERSTANDING.

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days and are shipped on weekdays only.

Once shipped, your P.S. Snacks package will be delivered:

- Via FedEx Standard Overnight or Ontrac (1 night in transit) if your order contains our perishable cookie dough* (and bites, May through September), requiring gel packs

- Via FedEx Ground or Ontrac, if your order does not require perishable shipping

You will receive a receipt, then a confirmation once your package is shipped. 

*Remember, if you order our cookie dough, this product is perishable and requires immediate refrigeration or freezing. Please ensure you are available to receive the package accordingly.

 


How can I track my P.S. Snacks order?
